I know I'm leaving myself open for criticism about my diet but I welcome any advice. My alcohol level is almost zero but I'm not saying I'm tea total. I drink on special 
occasions such as birthdays, rallies, Christmas.

​My body as recently announced to me that I can't handle most dairy products with out being ill. I get away with skimmed milk, cheese and some fat free yogurts.

​The aim of the diet is to reduce my sugar & carbs but my carbs are increased over the weekends as fuel.
